Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require a $50 deposit or upfront payment to secure all appointments, including Saturdays and online bookings. This deposit is forfeited if you do not provide 48-hour notice for changes. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a minimum $50 fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full, and gift vouchers will be considered redeemed.
